Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items with defects or damage. Please contact us within two days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

To maintain the beauty of your product, clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent damage. For our lamps, we recommend keeping them away from direct harsh sunlight to preserve their finish and longevity.
